Its distribution on half levels, allowed to create a semi-basement that houses two rooms and from which two gardens emerge that are divided by a stairwell designed to contain only footprints, to filter and distribute natural light to the lowest level.
Florencia Hotel Boutique has an exterior façade that maintains the colonial architecture of the preexisting house, but when entering its interior it reveals its structure on five half levels that communicate through discreet corridors that connect with the central gardens.
